3 self motivation triggers

We all have the seeds of instant self motivation within us. Here are few examples:

- Imagine that you won the national lottery, what would you do? Would you protract for couple of weeks before you collect your winning? I bet no, you probably would try to get these millions the same day.

- Imagine that your house is on fire, what would you do? Will you keep eating your dinner until it’s finished, before calling the firemen and/or getting yourself, and people living with you, out of the house as soon as possible?

Both of above examples are outer self motivation triggers that you do not need to lift a finger to fire up. Are there any other self motivation triggers, that you could execute?

1. Coordination.

This should be the foremost thing that you have to do. This does express that you have to modulate the way you are living now. It only means that you have to regulate your life so that you can witness what it is that is missing in your life. Sometimes, you verge to focus on some things. In the procedure, you disregard other important self growth matters that have the same weight. Methodize these things from the more prominent down to the least important ones. Write down what are the things that you need to do. This will release your self motivation to do them. Later check out if you are done. Little by little, you will realize that your list of personal fulfillment is getting smaller and smaller.

2. Personal goals.

Mind that you are only have self motivation to do something if you are solid what you want and where that will take you. If you are not certain where you are heading, then you are just misusing all your personal power and personal productivity. Nothing is impossible if you have the personal motivation and the drive to be a winner. This is why you do not need to be forget such things as “impossible personal goals”. As long as you know that you have the self building capacity to achieve that, then make it a part of your self improvement design. There are people who end up with the pitiful goals. If this happens, you can always go back and start over your evolution again. It is never too late, as long as you are alive and well, you can still aim for your personal goals.

3. True heart desires.

True heart desires are the biggest motivators. Self motivation is even unneeded whenever you have realized what is it that you really desire. Its not what your subconscious mind presents to your conscious understanding, its your true personal growth need. Self motivation acquired the through understanding of your own heart desires, is the self art of self improvement journey.
