Most persons are content just to stand around listening for directions and it isn’t unusual to adopt a follow the leader personality mentality. مضمون معظم الاشخاص لمجرد الاستماع لموقف حول الاتجاهات وليس من غير المعتاد ان تعتمد اتباع الزعيم شخصية عقليه. But somewhere inside of you, you feel the desire to make things happen. ولكن من مكان ما داخل لكم ، كنت تشعر ان الرغبة في ان يكون الامر يحدث. Some persons believe that great leaders are born. بعض الاشخاص يعتقدون أن كبير القادة يولدون. Yes, it may be true, some people have are born with natural talents. نعم ، قد يكون صحيحا ، بعض الناس يولدون مع المواهب الطبيعيه. However, without personal training, without passion, and without knowledge, there can be no true personal development in leadership personality. ومع ذلك ، ودون التدريب الشخصي ، دون العاطفه ، ودون أن يعلم ، ولا يمكن ان يكون هناك تنمية حقيقية في القيادة الشخصيه شخصية. Good leaders are continually working on themselves and studying for self improvement of their natural talents. حسن قادة العمل باستمرار على انفسهم الذين يدرسون للحصول على الذات وتحسين قابليتها للمواهب الطبيعيه. This takes a commitment to evermore improve in whatever endeavor a person chooses. ويتخذ هذا الالتزام فى تحسين دائما مهما كان الاجتهاد يختاره الشخص.
First of all, let’s explain leadership personality. اولا وقبل كل شيء ، اود ان اشرح للقيادة شخصية. To be a leader, a person must be able to influence others to achieve business goals. ان يكون الزعيم ، شخص يجب ان تكون قادرة على التأثير على الآخرين لتحقيق الأهداف التجارية. Most persons believe, leadership is not about personal power. ومعظم الاشخاص الذين نعتقد ، والقيادة ، وليس عن السلطة الشخصيه. It is not about harassing persons or managing them using fear factors. انها ليست عن مضايقه الاشخاص او ادارتها باستخدام عوامل الخوف. It is about encouraging others towards the goal of the business. ومن نحو يشجع الآخرين من اجل تحقيق هدف الاعمال. It is helping everyone in the business to see the big picture of the organization. وهو يساعد الجميع في الاعمال التجارية انظر الى الصورة الكبيرة للمنظمة. You must be a leader, a respected personality but never a boss. يجب أن تكون القائد ، ولكن شخصية محترمه ابدا بوس.
You have to encourage people to follow you. لديك لتشجيع الناس على اتباع لكم. How? كيف؟ Persons follow others when they know a clear target. متابعة أشخاص آخرين عندما نعرف هدف واضح. People will only follow you if they experience that you know where you are going. الناس لن يؤدي الا الى متابعة إذا كانت لكم تجربة لكم ان نعرف اين انت الذهاب. If you do not know where you’re targeted to, chances are persons will not follow you at all. اذا كنت لا تعرف أين أنت المستهدف ، هي احتمالات الاشخاص لا تتبع لكم على الإطلاق. You yourself must know the vision of the business. انت نفسك ويجب ان يعرف رؤية الاعمال. Having a clear expression of hierarchy, knowing who the heads are, what are goals and objectives, and how the business model works is the only way to show others that you know what you are doing and at the same time to lead them. وبعد ان تعبر تعبيرا واضحا عن التسلسل الهرمي ، ومعرفة من هم رؤساء ، ما هي الاهداف والغايات ، وكيف يعمل نموذج الاعمال هو السبيل الوحيد لاظهار الآخرين لك ان تعرف ماذا يجري والقيام في الوقت نفسه ان يؤدي اليها.
Being a leader personality is not about what you make others work on. ويجري قائد شخصية ليست حول ما لكم العمل على جعل الآخرين. It’s about who you are, what you know, and what you do, you are reflecting your business targets. انه حول من أنت ، ما تعلمون ، وما تفعله ، انت الذي يعكس عملك الاهداف. Good leadership is the trust and confidence your team have of you. القيادة الجيدة هي الثقة والاطمئنان للفريق الخاص بك انت. If they trust you they will go through anything for you and for the business. اذا كانوا على ثقة من انكم سوف اذهب من خلال اي شيء من اجلك واجل الاعمال. Trust and confidence is built on respective relationships, trustworthiness, and high personal ethics. الثقة وبناء الثقة على كل العلاقات ، الجداره بالثقه ، والشخصيه والاخلاق العالية. The way you communicate with your people, and the relationships you are building, will lay the base for the long lasting strength of your team. الطريقة التي تتواصل مع شعبك ، وانت بناء العلاقات ، من شأنه ان يرسي قاعدة طويلة الامد لقوة فريقك. The stronger your relationship, the stronger their trust and confidence is in your personality and business you all work for. علاقتك الاقوى ، اقوى من ثقة هي في شخصيتك والاعمال لكم جميعا للعمل.
Once you have their trust, you may continue to communicate the goals and objectives you are to undertake. وبمجرد الانتهاء من ثقتهم ، يمكنك أن تستمر في التواصل الغايات والاهداف انت القيام بها. You can not be a good leader and unless you have right judgment, you must be able to determine situations, weigh the decision, and actively seek out for a solution. لا يمكنك ان قائد جيد واذا لم يكن لديك الحق في الحكم ، يجب ان تكون قادرة على ان تحدد الحالات ، وزن المقرر ، والبحث بنشاط عن حل. It is this verdict that your team mates will come to rely upon. ومن هذا الحكم ان فريقكم الاصحاب لن يأتي الى الاعتماد علي. Therefore, good decision-making is vital to the successfulness of your personality and business. ولذلك ، وحسن اتخاذ القرار هو امر حيوي لشخصيتك من النجاح والاعمال التجارية.
Leaders are not do-it-all super people. القادة - وهي لا تفعل سوبر - جميع الناس. You should not claim to know everything, and you should not rely upon only your knowledge alone. يجب عليك ان لا أدعي معرفة كل شيء ، وأنت لا ينبغي ان تعتمد فقط علمك وحدها. You should take advantage of the talents your team mates have. لكم ان تستفيد من مواهب قد فريقكم الاصحاب. Only when you come to this realization will you be able to work as real team. الا عندما جئت الى هذا الادراك هل انت مستعد لتكون قادرة على العمل الحقيقي فريق.
Being a personality of great leader takes a good deal of efforts and time. ويجري شخصية القائد العظيم يأخذ قدرا كبيرا من الجهود والوقت. Surely it is not learned overnight. ومن المؤكد انه لا علم ليلة وضحاها. Remember, also, that it is not about just you, it is about you and the persons around you. نتذكر ، ايضا ، انه ليس فقط عن اليكم ، ومن حولك وحول الاشخاص الذين من حولك.
